Great layout. At my other dispensary I have to stand in line for 20 minutes which is very difficult due to chronic back pain, degenerative disc disease, arthritis and fibromyalgia. I wish I visited this place sooner! There are chairs and a waiting room in the main entrance so no standing in line! If it is busy you sit and wait your turn in the front lobby and they call you into the actual store part. It's obvious they have disabled people in mind when they designed the place unlike my old dispensary. I love the staff who were all really helpful explaining their system. I love the charity jars and reusable bags which is a great system for doing good while also saving on waste. They also offer a better product selection than my old dispensary. I got a product there and it sold out. It really helped me so I had to track it down online and Beyond/Hello Scranton had it in stock. It's also way easier to find a close parking spot. I have a handicapped parking tag but it's so busy at the other place I usually have to have my husband let me out by the door. Today we were able to find parking and I was able to get to the building and walk way less distance to get inside. Without a doubt I will be making this my new one stop shop. Going to the other place actually gave me MORE anxiety and pain standing in line. At Beyond/Hello I was able to get in and out as a new patient without any problems. Honestly I want to thank you for making the process so much easier for those with limited mobility. The only way it would be MORE convenient would be if there was a drive through but I doubt that will be legal in PA for some time lol
