1st of all, I now only use the medicinal side. My 1st visit, tho, was to get my application filed. The staff was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable with that. So I went to the rec side just to get started. I can tell you, the way customers are treated, help is "given", and transactions are handled are completely different between the 2 sides, Med & Rec.
Med people are great. Friendly & knowledgeable, they're willing to take whatever time is necessary to help you figure out what may best help your needs. Let's face it, even if we're there for medical reasons, most of us still want to enjoy the treatment....
