However perhaps I did not explain it well enough. There were no customers in the other room. No customers exited...we could all hear the two employees back there. After waiting (in the case of the 3 people in front of me) around 15 minutes, then one of the employees came to the window and loudly announced that everyone had better hurry. No apologies for everyone sitting there etc. I don't mean to nitpick but that's what it was. Again I have had very pleasant experiences overall at FB and would shop again, just not at night. Thank you

In all fairness this review was from over 6 months ago, but I am getting them all out of the way today! Anyway NW is another shop that wants to have the budtender give you "the tour". The tour is however quite short as you are moved into a pretty tiny room. They have folks wait in the lobby (which is also tiny as hell) until they can speak one on one with a budtender. For a seasoned smoker and shopper this is pretty silly and just not at all for me personally. I don't need a concierge at the liquor store either extolling the merits of Monopolowa vs a good vodka like Grey Goose either. However the BIGGEST problem is one that I can only assume has changed since Oregon signed in their recent law against tracking marijuana purchase. They actually PHOTOCOPIED my drivers license. Wow. I've shopped at a dozen places and no one has done that. On that alone I was not going to come back but again I cannot imagine that they could legally do that now?

This is a nice place. The prices are very reasonable. I have only been 3-4 times but would definitely be back when I am in the neighborhood. The service has generally been very pleasant.

I've visited once with their new store. It is a nice place, seems out of place on Powell. It reminds me of the lobby of an orthodontist's office complete with the disinterested receptionist. It is one of those set-ups where they have a budtender come out and give you "the tour". Hey it's not my first time at the rodeo, I just wanted some weed and an edible. I think that this experience is fine for someone wanting to impress someone with them or either a newbie, but for others it is kind of silly. I similarly don't require a concierge at the package store to go over the finer points of Monpolowa -vs- Grey Goose either. When I want cheap vodka I go with Mono, otherwise Goose. Also the prices are understandably a bit high as they have their new building.

I've shopped here a few times, generally a friendly staff with limited selection. They used to sell hash which was what kept me coming back! LOL However I believe that the law changed in this area. I'm not sure if they have changed ownership because I noticed a new sign out there recently. Also the website states no rec weed at this time so not sure if that is permanent or not. Oh well.

This is the closest dispensary to me but also my favorite in Portland. The service is top notch. Out of probably 20 visits I have only encountered one doucher and I did not see him again after that so my guess is that they sent him packing. I regularly see very good prices on the weed. They have a little less selection than others, but who cares? The weed is high quality. I had only one gram purchase that wasn't great, but that was solely due to a shit load of stems and one so-so one out of about 40 gram purchases is not bad!
