Every time it come to me needing to get what I need, there online order system is never accepting orders. The system they use to take care of patients is flawed. For example, it is raining today and there was a line of 12 people. I waited in line for 20 minutes and the line moved one person. This is unacceptable. Something needs to change on how they take care of customers in a timely manner, or fix the online orders so it doesn't take patients forever to wait and then pick it up at the clinic. This is why there is consultations, so patients who don't know what they want or need can be helped without causing back-up issues for the rest of the populace who have 3-5 minute in and out times.
