Purchased a gram of Grassroots shatter from Honey. It had a sugary, moist consistency. Not a shatter. I called and informed the dispensary. First they said it must have been stored wrong. I asked if they stored it wrong. They said yes. Over time this shatter turns soft. Then they said they already know and have been having the same complaints from other costumers. But they still sold it to me knowing it was bad. I asked how I could avoid this next time, can it be checked before I leave the store? No. It is safety sealed and can’t be checked. Ok. How about if I check it when I leave the store. They answered they don’t do refunds or exchanges even if the product is bunk. I was told not to buy the grassroots shatters or shop elsewhere if I wanted to avoid this problem again. I did like this dispensary… until this happened.
