This is the first LifaPure product I tried (now moved on to their Relief+) and I would recommend it. I used it for shoulder rotator cuff pain that I got from working out incorrectly. I normally get pain at night before I sleep as I'm a side sleeper. This reduced a lot of the shoulder ache by the third night and also seemed to help with better sleep. I wake up feeling much more rested but not sure if that's also because I'm not waking up in the middle of the night to adjust my sleeping position.

I actually don't need something this strong but prefer it as I just take half the dropper. It's much more versatile because I can take a full strength dose when I do need it. I tried hemp oil from amazon for the pain in my shoulders and just general over all old person aches and pains. My shoulders kept me from sleeping because of the pain as I'm a side sleeper. The oil from amazon didn't do anything and I recently found out that most of the amazon stuff is non CBD due to selling regulations on amazon. This product helps a great deal! I have very little pain in my shoulders at night and can sleep again! My over all aches and pains have also gotten less in 3 days. There is still a small amount of pain but it's been improving day after day!
