I used this company exclusively for a long time and was mostly satisfied. Every once in a while someone would make you walk out to their car for your order or it would take a super long time, but in general pretty good. They were apparently bought in December or so of 2020 and since then, they have totally sucked. Twice in a row, I ordered with hours before closing and didn't get a call or a notification at all that they weren't coming. They just didn't show up. The final straw was when I left work early to get an order delivered four hours before closing time and when I called an hour before closing they told me they weren't going to make the delivery. I was definitely rude about it, as any customer might be, but their response was absolutely awful. I talked to two guys, one named Joe and the other said he was the owner. They were both incredibly rude and when I asked when they planned on calling to notify their patients that deliveries would not be made, the owner began to read me the list of PATIENT NAMES until he got to mine just to prove that he was planning on calling me. When I mentioned his HIPAA violation he just hung up the phone. Feeling lazy two months later, I decided to give them another shot. I placed my order and when the call came in to confirm the order, who is on the other end but JOE, calling to sarcastically make sure I wanted my order because last time I talked to him I said I wouldn't be using them again...that is some true nerve and some really horrible customer service. Grow up, Joe. You're losing your company money. Definitely will not be back here under any circumstances.
