(Long post) Today I had the WORST EXPERIENCE Sunday August 3rd 2025 at THE MINT CANNABIS TEMPE. I have been a loyal customer since they opened, always recommend people go there, I never had a bad thing to say until. This morning I get online to check the deals and I seen Connected brand cartridges for 12$ as well as alien labs brand. I thought what a steal I put 5 of them in my shopping cart and head to the store. When I get there the lady at the window said the order wasn’t ready to come back around when I get the text the order was ready. Five minutes later I get a text so I go through the drive thru a second time, now there’s a man who checks my id and when he gives me the total of $303 with change. I tell him online it said they were on sale for 12$ each so about 60$ for the 5 cartridges. I show him the screen on my phone where it STILL ACTIVELY SHOWS 12$ each and 48$ off. He told me well that price is wrong and it’s 12$ off. It shouldn’t be 12$ each it’s actually just 12$ off. I repeat online it says one thing and you’re saying another. He says why would you think it’s only 12$ with the brand name alone you should know never goes that low. I said I understand you saying that whatever is online is wrong what I’m saying is you need to fix it because people go off of what is advertised. He said there’s no way I’m giving you these 5 cartridges for 60$. I said I understand that it was advertised wrong but that’s not the customers fault you have to fix that ! (I usually order online and go off of the listed prices) So basically he wanted me to pay or get out of the way. I told him to cancel the order I’m not paying over 300$ for something advertised for 60$. I went inside asked for a manager and they pointed at the same man at the window who I already spoke too so I said nevermind. He was extremely unprofessional, I myself have worked customer service almost 16 years I know it’s not always easy but to literally tell a customer they're wrong when in actuality THE MINT IS ADVERTISING FALSE/ WRONG PRICING !!!!!!!!!! Do better! Talk to that manager about how to speak to people. This could have easily ended another way he didn’t even apologize not once or anything for the inconvenience. And it’s not like I caused a scene and yelled for free products. I am beyond disappointed I really expected more accountability. I’m no liar, I have the screenshots as well so if anyone wants that info call or email me.
