I just moved to Lassen county & like to support local business. I found canna junction online & started patronizing in Feb2023. I go online to pick my purchases then go to the store to get what I want. Almost every time they did not have product from website. I continued to go & be up sold until March31st & again the products I wanted & proved they had listed online were not available for purchase. I was very disappointed & said I would write a review. At that point two men were called from the back. One of whom completely lost his cool & told me all about his inability to run the business or to understand the computer system. He stated when he orders product it automatically post to the website before the product arrives. He used profanity, saying It was people like me who cause his issues.Then he ordered me out of his business. It was truly shocking to watch him loose it. Thankfully there is a dispensary on every corner these days. No need to be abused by an unhinged shop keeper. Do better Canna Junction.
