Something seems really off with management here.

Culta flower is consistently flat out bad. Everytime I try a strain it's like it flat out doesn't work. Just terrible quality flower. If you're really a medical patient just avoid this dispensary and their flower.

After trying most of Baltimore's dispensaries, this one has become my go-to.
