I want to strongly recommend this product to anyone who has troubles sleeping. My friend who recommended I try it and I recently passed the 50 year old mark and we’re talking about how often we can’t sleep through the night any more. Once I wake up my mind would start running with work and everything else that creeps in and I would be up from 2:30 to 4:30 on a regular basis. This has made a HUGE difference with my sleep and is worth every penny. No weird “hangover” like the sleeping pills would give me the next day. As an added bonus my elbow that was sore on a regular basis feels way better to the point I can lift at the gym without pain. It’s a must buy.
