Customer service sucks. Bought a vape pen there 9 days ago; didn't open it till yesterday only to find that it didn't work. Took it back this morning and they said (basically) - tough shit, it's over the 7 day 'policy'.
Needless to say, won't be going here again, and I hope they miss my $500 per month business.
