I placed an online order for delivery with an ETA of 60-180min. After contacting them twice and 4 hours having gone by, the guy on the other end of the line is so high that he says that I didn't get my order because I was 'banned'. I was speechless; I couldn't believe what I was hearing and that it took him 4 hours and two phone-calls to mention that there was an issue with my order. I tried to explain to him that this was my first time placing an order with them, but he just hangs up. What a moronic asshole. First time, last time.
