They have a 100% no refund, return, exchange or credit policy. I tried to return products unused sealed in a box. All of their concentrates and cartridges are made from 100% distillate. They are ALL solvent based. Is like inhaling gas with a side of methanol. Really poor quality and lack of selection. The product just made me feel bad and did no sit well. Management isn't willing to help and not returning calls. I'm out $140 and they are out a potentially loyal customer. In their neighborhood there are dispensaries that guarantee your satisfaction and understand its medicine. Won't be going to this dispensary again. Don't belive me?
