Trulieve screwed me over on their "clearance" sale, made my anxiety spike while arguing with the rep in store over the whole issue. They have been patronizing and unapologetic despite me having the receipt for my purchase and refusing to honor their mistake. The rep even tried to talk me out of my Member berry shatter because it's hard to come by and it was their favorite; they were "willing" to trade me their own purchase of Jack Herrer, (which was purchased with their employee discount), and give it to me for what they purchased it for while saying, "I really shouldn't be doing this". Is Trulieve the wild west of cannabis dispensaries? Making up prices and rules as they go along?! Steer clear of this place, give your money to another dispensary that cares about you, not just your money.
Never shopping there again. Trulieve sucks. F@$K trulieve.
