Don't believe what you see on their website when placing a preorder because you may order a hybrid product but be given an indica product, and vice-versa. Also, don't try to complain to management because they just turn it around and make you the idiot for not doing your research on how marijuana is grown and why you prefer one product over the other.
Therefore, just go in, inspect what you ordered to ensure it is right before you leave. Otherwise, just take what you got and shut up because they could care less about you as a customer.
