I have used this service in the past and tried to use them again for a renewal. In the past, I found the experience unpleasant and somewhat shady but fast and efficient. This time no one bothered to answer the phone to schedule an appointment or call me back after leaving a message. No one answered subsequent calls or responded to an email. When I saw that others were having similar issues recently I decided to get my money back from the place I bought my voucher. I don't mind an unfriendly practitioner if the price is right and they provide service in a timely manner, but I had no faith that anyone would respond to my calls this time around. I chose a similarly priced service and realized some providers are actually kind, helpful AND process renewals quickly! I'll never use EZ again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
