Scott Gans from Trulieve is the best. I tried to call the Trulieve number and was on hold the entire 30 minute drive. When I arrived I told the young girl at the door what happened, she apologized and took my number. When I was brought into the main room the Area Manager Scott Gans noticed I was not happy, listened to my story, walked me to the representative, and I received a discount for my inconvenience. I told him I use their powder in my tea. He remembered and gave me a Trulieve mug. I normally go to Trulieve for their amazing product, I now go because of the service. Scott Gans from Trulieve is the best. Thank you I love my Trulieve mug.
