RUDE budtender “Tori” (#56910) was RUDE from the moment I spoke with her. Told her specifically I DID NOT want a certain brand of weed & guess what was in my bag when I got back to work & checked inside???
Called to confirm if I could bring it back to exchange and was told YES, so long as it was sealed & I had my receipt.
When I came back 2 hours later to exchange I was told they would not exchange it, I asked to speak with the manager & they refused to come out of their office or try to fix the situation. Was offered nothing for my troubles of wasting time & gas— or being sold a product I asked not to even be shown.
Definitely not coming back, this was the last time I will have a bad experience with this company. Staff has gone downhill & so have prices. Way better dispensaries out there to shop with.
