Scam, or incredibly terrible company. I wanted to renew. I was told it was submitted and that I should hear in a couple/few days. It's been 9 days. No word from anyone. I wonder if my renewal was ever processed. Nobody answers. What a waste of time and money.
I would rate lower, if it were possible.
