Where do I begin? To start, there’s absolutely no order at which they have customers lineup to be helped. I was standing at the counter and someone walks up next to me who just came inside and the Budtender starting helping him until I said something. Then as I’m looking through selections I notice nothing is even labeled in a way that you can tell what type of strain it is or the weight that’s available, or the pricing. So, it takes a while to figure out what I’m looking for. Nowhere near as long as the Budtender helping me though. I bought 3 prerolls and an eighth, I was there for over 30 minutes. Also, the Budtender gave me the wrong product for one of the joints, which means that it wasn’t even stocked correctly. The joint I got wasn’t even a strain that was in the section either. Which was a GSC Extreme, and I hate GCS. Then finally, I told the Budtender 3 times I was a veteran, I never got my discount. Other than that, if you enjoy listening to people have uncomfortable conversations about COVID all while standing 1-2 feet away from you not wearing a mask, this is the place for you. I will never return here. It was an entire waste of my money not even getting what I asked for and just far too much disorder and horrible customer service. I really would like my money back, or at least the product I wanted, however that would require going back there, and I truly doubt they care.
