I sent in a $143 order. Since the last time I ordered my id had expired and had been replaced. My order was scheduled for delivery between 3-5. After 5 I called customer service to find out where my order was and I was put on hold for 15 minutes and hung up on. I called back and they told me my id was expired and that they send me an email explaining that but they didn’t. I cancelled my order after 40 minutes on the phone. Ride sharing down the road to lume.
