Wednesday I bought a craft oil concentrate tanker from Green Solution. By Thursday night it stopped working. I called Green Solution, and spoke to someone about the issue. I was reassured that they could help me out, that Green Solution policy was that I had one week to exchange or return faulty product. When I get to Green Solution I speak to the manager on duty at the time named Joseph. I told Joseph about my situation and how my tanker doesn't work. He takes a look at the tanker and tells me since it's "halfway", that they will not be able to help me (even though I'm within the one week to return a faulty product). He insists on taking the device to the back to charge it. I wait for few moments and he come from the back, confirming what I stated, that it indeed is a faulty product. He then offers me a discount to buy more fault product from them. I am highly upset and disappointed, because I know they could help, but chose not too. I feel insulted and cheated.
