After nearly a decade shopping there exclusively … I'm done. They are constantly running out of the products I buy and absolutely refuse to contact me when they restock them. Some of the staff are very nice, but there are definitely a few jerks there who have no business in retail, but always seem to be behind the counter being rude to everyone. Like today, when the front desk person made me wait (medical patient) for a delivery guy - not the other way around - then they were out of what I needed, and I left after wasting my time there. Cannot tell you how many times I've gone there and waited 15-20 minutes only to find out there were out of what I wanted. Yes. You can call ahead and be put on hold and wait forever for consistently inaccurate information, but it's a massive waste of time there either way - whatever you chose - does not matter. So, if you are like me and prefer consistent products and reliably good service, GO ELSEWHERE! If you don't mind being treated like crap and given no respect, taking forever and a day waiting only to have to settle for something you really didn't want, by all means shop here. Yes. They pretend to have a online buying process, but it does not work - or never has for me. My order is always either cancelled or not ready. Yes. They pretend to have a process whereby they contact you when they re-stock products, but in nearly a decade nobody has ever contacted me for this. NOT. EVEN. ONCE. Though I've signed up for it many, many times. It's a real shame, but there is now LOTS of 420 competition in Longmont, and this place only got going when they were the only ones around. Goodbye!
