I've been going to Ponderosa (Glendale) for years and they never disappoint. I'm always greeted from the individuals at the front check-in counter without fail. Even the security greets you. Today, I was assisted by Josh who was great. Josh, like every other staff member told me about my freebie which always great. The team there is always quick to tell you how to save and they great deals they're offering to always make it a great experience. Thank Ponderosa for putting together the amazing teams you do there.
