I’ve been going to this place for over a year. I downloaded the Kush Gardens app. When they came out with it, every time I go in, my amount is different. Whether it be, lower than what I expected, or higher than I expected. I love the ladies there, but I don’t like the fact that I got a deal on pre-rolls on the 15th and then on the 17th. It was no longer valid. They told me it was because corporate fix their mistake, garrulous of that they should honor what shows up for the amount it does show up. I am beyond upset with whoever I spoke to today at that store, but I’ve never seen either of these women before, and I was thoroughly unimpressed. Coming from a weed head, who could give an **** about anything else. I just don’t like being told I’m lying. Additionally, I brought the proof from my online order and they said corporate had fixed “ the issue “. I’ve held a medical card for five years now, and anytime I have placed an order with any other supplier, and it says one thing and rings up another, they honor the lowest price. these were pre-rolls, I’m not talking about flour, I’m talking about pre-rolls. So, I feel like somebody like me who spends about 1000 a month in weed at this store and they give me attitude, I am thoroughly unimpressed with whoever is at that store now. Please please bring back charisma and the manager as quickly as possible.
