They advertise that you can use credit cards on the internet and then when you show up, You wait 20 minutes outside in line to find out that you can't use your credit card and if you don't have enough cash, then you have to drive somewhere find cash come back and wait in line again.... They don't apologize for the inconvenience, they don't recognize it at all. When they talk about their customer experience this has to be what they are talking about. I have spent a lot of money here over the past decade.And the fact that these guys can't even acknowledge the inconvenience is completely ridiculous . Someone else can have my thousands of dollars a year.
Paying cash is inherently dangerous as people hanging out by the railroad tracks will know that when you Show up there you have large sums of money.
