As a frequent customer, very dissatisfied, especially at being double point day today. Machine froze so many times, it wouldn't take my card.. after my bud tender worked really hard to get me the just right amount that i had, my bank thought it was fraud after they made me put in my card 6 time and redo it over and over. Not only did they not make it right. I left with nothing. Told me that my points were not even close enough to get me walking out with at least one... it's weird that two hundred thirty something points on double point day. And you spend thirteen dollars is too far of a stretch for one of their most frequent customers, and that brings in the most business with friends and referrals. The normal manager was not there.. he has always been amazing... extremely disappointed. Even after expressing my frustration, especially being made wait for as long as i did... for the manager to tell me, it was my fault & my bank... and not their system freezing four times.... is ridiculous.
