I stopped by Method Dispensary expecting decent service and some product knowledge. Instead, I got an employee who was so intoxicated he could barely talk, had absolutely no knowledge of the products, and seemed more confused than helpful. Look, I understand what kind of business this is, but there’s a difference between selling a product and showing up to work so high you can’t function. Customer service should still exist. The inventory was also pretty disappointing. Very limited selection and honestly nothing impressive. The real kicker? After I left an honest complaint about the experience, they banned me. Which is kind of funny considering there are plenty of other dispensaries in Tulsa that actually value customers. So if you’re looking for knowledgeable help, decent inventory, or basic professionalism… you might want to keep driving. But hey, at least they solved my problem for me by banning me. Problem solved. 👍
