I am a very frequent customer to all the dispensaries in town, and by far this one is the worst all around. I have received moldy weed from them on more then one occasion. Even after being told their weed was moldy, they only picked out whatever buds they could see that were moldy in the batch and put it back on the shelf resulting in me and my friends getting MORE moldy weed when they replaced the first moldy weed. Normally I have to wait over 10 minutes to get in to the bud room, even when no one is there. Today i had an online order and they didnt have the eigth i wanted, so they gave me a call and asked if i wanted another strain (one other strain) and i told them that was ok, i would do without it. When i came to pick it up I asked if they had any other strains for eighth and Brittany, the front desk gal, told me they were completely out. I asked what deli they had and she said they had none, and then corrected herself and directed me to the menu, all the while talking over everything i said. when i was asked to confirm with Katie, the one who called me, she came out to tell me i agreed to get the one strain she mentioned, and with me saying i never agreed to the strain she was asking about, she too was talking over me and just interrupting every word i said, then she just shrugged at me and said whatever, and walked back to the bud room and had someone else take my payment. Katie and Brittany had quite the attitude, and thats very common here at greenpharms. Ive never had so many issues with a dispensary. You would have a much better visit at any other dispensary in town. Highly recommend high mountain health that not only has much much better flower, but their employees are always cheerful and friendly. Same goes for noble herb.
