I have back issues, and anxiety so the first time I've tried this, I didn't know how much I should've taken. After 5-6 puffs, it made me feel comfy and calm. My fingers were tingly and i got dry mouth. My sister got me to try it for my insomnia. The place shebought it said it was leaned more on indica...dunno bout that but i think the Northern Lights touch is what makes you sleepy. I was gaming and the effects wore off a bit after two hrs so before i went to bed i took 3-4 more puffs. It doesn't get you exhausted, but it helps with falling asleep. At that point, my back pain was non existent. I have spinal stenosis, bertolottis syndrome and scoliosis so it felt really nice. still woke up in the night but my sleep quality was really good. I tried the next day to use it a little less to see how I'd feel for my back pain. I did get a headache though..but i think its because i dont normally smoke. During the afternoon, i draw and i got really focused and motivated. In general, it tastes nice, the only thing im not a fan of is my headache, and the pain relief is if i smoke a lot, which i dont want to do because of the headache effect. But its a great vibe, fall asleep type of thing
