I have been going here for years and love the staff that I normally deal with. For the first time ever, I got a gram of wax that was clearly burnt and was not consumable. It tasted like burnt hair and chemicals of some sort, maybe the end of a batch? I went in on a different day with the receipt and the product and worked with an employee i had not seen before. He refused to even look at the wax or my profile and was less than polite in denying a refund.
I am not sure if he was the manager and I am definitely not the type to ask for a manager, so I sent an email explaining the situation. I was told that I could not be refunded if I was already denied.
Apparently their policy is no refunds for any reason unless it is a broken item. Buyer beware - they will in no way assist if they sell you unusable products.
