Good morning! I just had to take a few minutes to write the most positive review! First off all your products are by far better than curaleaf and surterra! I had to wait a week for my delivery from you so in the meantime I was forced to go to curaleaf to hold me over.Nothing but a waste of money.Anyway I called to update my delivery to include a new concentrate pen.Only to find out that they never got the message and didn't have one.I explained my situation to Alec or Alex? I waited a week and now couldn't even use my medication.Well let me tell you,this polite,professional young man went back to the car and then the other driver politely came to my door to tell me they were calling trying to make it right and was it ok if they parked there for a minute? I was so surprised and impressed by these 2 young men.Anyway,they came back to the door,gave me a brand new concentrate pen,my delivery money back,apologized for the inconvenience and told me to have a nice weekend! Wow!!! Now that is customer service at its best! I will never go any other dispensary for my medication ever! I love you Trulieve! Thank you so much!!! Mary Jane! 😄💞
