I would like to thank Jeanette, Sue, Stacey, Whitney, Lucy and Mike for helping resolve an issue that I had at the Sarasota Truelieve location. They followed up with me diligently until the issue was resolved. They got me the products that I wanted, gave me free delivery and a very generous bag of “swag” for the inconvenience that I experienced. This more than made up for the problem that occurred.
