This is literally my third time going for the logo for in-house cartridges first time both of them broke Within hour and a half of having them one literally rolled off my coffee table hit the CARPET and cracked the second could be put on me I was doing dishes and leaned against the counter barley a d that one shattered UT I have done that with other carts and never had a issue even having them in my back pocket and siting down to drive and nothing happens on other carts today I bput the book again this time one doesn't even work period wl not produce a smidgen if smoke and previous times befoe I was told pretty much oh well your S.O.L sorry not once have they tried to rectify the situation I know nirvana in Tempe is on point with there costumer service even went as fat as replacing stuff without hesitation here they act like they could care less not happy hopefully they will fix this in the morning I put it right back in its box for the morning widh me luck
