My girlfriend and i decided that i should go to Remedy for my birthday since they offer discounts for your birthday. They have a wallet part where you can access all your discounts and points offered to you on their main website. When we checked the website, they told me “Happy Birthday to you!” and IT SAYS i have $125 off as my birthday gift from them. When we arrived at the dispensary, and were given Jay as our bud-tender, i told him i had a preorder and when he returned with my items, i mentioned that it’s my birthday TODAY and that i was given $125 of credits on their wallet. He then told me that their website is “acting weird” right now, and that i wasn’t supposed to be given that much credits. He said that it’s usually only a pre-roll or $50 credits off for your birthday and that there was nothing else he could do to help us. It’s extremely frustrating because we traveled HOURS to come to this specific dispensary in Baltimore just for the credits i was promised for my birthday. Jay was very condescending the entire purchase and wasn’t lenient on helping me get the discount i was PROMISED for my BIRTHDAY. I had to get rid of more than half of my order just because they made a mistake on their website and were unwilling to rectify our situation even though we had the screenshots and actual website pulled up in front of him and showed him multiple times. It was an EXTREMELY disappointing experience, not sure we will be back again.
