Do not buy pre rolls. They come unrolled they dump out in the bottom of the tubes, and this place doesn't honor them. I have never had any issues with any other product. And the one time I did and I came in to ask if they would help or return it. And they had nothing to say about it and said they couldn't help. I wasted money for priros that didn't stay rolled. That fell out on the bottom of the tube and he told me that that's how it is. Oh well, sorry about your luck. They didn't care and they didn't want to help. I was very disappointed in the customer service. They did nothing to honor it to offer. Anything except for to say?
