Second dispensary i visited in FL. It was a bit unnerving on entry, hence the 4 star review for atmosphere. I heard someone say their check-in system was down, but there were like 5 of us waiting in the lobby chairs with no direction, and for a first time patient, that was a bit anxiety-inducing, but the dude came and got us one by one on order of entry into the shop. He was very helpful, I told him it was my first time in, snagged some deep discounts, and received some personal Intel about different strains for gut pain relief. I will definitely go back, my Indica product is solid so far.

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

Nice experience, staff was very knowledgeable and product was appropriately priced. Iam currently enjoying my purchase ;)
