I came into the store to purchase a cartridge by the cream, it was Granddaddy Purple but the guy sold me the 1:1 instead which that has never happened to me before, I called the store within 30 minutes of the purchase, I did not have a receipt but the guy told me to bring back the item unopened and they could do an exchange but to check back next week because the product was sold out. I just came into the store to get my exchange and an employee named Robert treated me horribly, I think he thought I was scamming him but I just wanted my Exchange, he refused to help me. Never have I been treated so poorly in a cannabis shop before and the guy who spoke to me on my phone he took my name down which is Chris by the way said it was going to be super easy and they would even give me a discount so I get some money back. Absolutely horrible experience I wouldn't shop here.
