There are two associates that work there that I find to be unkind, and have a serious lack of compassion compared to their other associates. I don’t know either of their names, but I can describe them: one is a very tall gentleman, youngish (late 20s?); The other is a young girl, (early 20s maybe) with blue hair. She took care of me yesterday 7/10. I have a very hard time speaking due to problems with my throat, and I also am hard of hearing. She not only seemed annoyed that she had to repeat herself, but annoyed that she had to speak up, And that I kept having to turn my head to listen. Having spent $570 I would certainly hope to have a wonderful experience. And I didn’t! Every other single associate I’ve met there has been fabulous! I just love them all so much. If I could avoid these other two associates by any means, I surely well in the future.
