My first-time customer experience went smoothly today around lunchtime with a young female staff member. However, another older woman entered abruptly with a confrontational attitude, insisting on seeing and verifying everyone's IDs. She persistently asked for my information and insisted I needed to be checked in, despite being informed that I had already been checked in. She then approached other customers in a similar manner, requesting their IDs as well. Overall, the experience was smooth, aside from the unexpected emotional outburst that made that part of the visit uncomfortable. I believe the older staff member may not be suited for handling customer interactions, particularly considering that some customers may have medical concerns.
