So I bought 4 stiiizy pods 5 days ago and I had 1 that wasn't working and it tasted and looked burnt. I just tried to return it and they said they have a new policy of returns. So I had 3 days to bring it back. It doesn't say anything on the receipt or I wasn't informed on the new policy. I've been coming to this place for at least 6 or 7 years and never had a problem returning something. And the idiot that supposedly looked at it ripped the pull tab of the top so I'm sure they didn't even look at it. You have to press the back of the box and pull the tab so it opens and they just ripped it off. Lol.. Your employees should be checking the product or make the return policy should be changed. Like I said put it on the fucking receipt or inform the customer about the 3 day return. If this place was still owned by the people that owned health for life I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem. I've been a medical patient for about 5 or 6 years now and never had a problem returning product that wasn't working. I guess I'll be going to the flower shop or greenpharms from now on
