Everyone at the Sarasota store has always been helpful to me in every way! They have always gone that extra step to make sure I got the best deals and service. I drive an extra 10 miles but worth the drive. Deb., Sam and all the budtenders at this store do a great job of providing patients with great service, excellent products, and an overall great cannabis shopping experience. I'd give them 6 if I could....... 5 stars!

I made an order from the Sarasota Beneva store for 2 eighths. Get the confirmation that it is filled and ready for pick up. So I drive the 6 miles to the store and get there and wait. Finally I get called back and they tell me my order got lost. So guys we are talking lost between me getting the text and going and getting, well trying to get my order ! The upsetting part was no manager tried to intervene and make it right!!?? As much as we patients spend monthly I feel I should have been treated with a little more courtesy all the time not just because it's the holidays. I left empty handed and went to MUV
