Had issues with billing that made the whole experience stressful. The pricing wasn’t as clear as it should have been, and I felt unsure about what exactly I was being charged for. Trying to get clarification wasn’t easy, and it took longer than expected to get answers. For a service like this, transparency with costs is really important, and that was definitely lacking.
