i used to love shopping here but will no longer due to 2 main reasons Quality: I only buy one gram carts for myself, no bud, the carts, in the past were fine but as time went on i realized that almost a quarter of them are always malfuntioning and i have to throw them away. there is NO return policy or broken product policy which means i essentially had to THROW AWAY and WASTE my hard earned money extremly frustrating. Jeeter Carts - Atomizer taste like burned cotton and metal and hurts my throught Abstracks carts- the juice is extremly runny and doesnt last as much as other carts, on many occations i took one hit and half the juice disappeared and got stuck in the inhale vent, i forget every once in a while and get pissed when i buy one on accident because its on sale, and when i first used them they were great. all their lower tier carts copper states or other carts just have the same problem of being runny but not as bad as abstraks. Secondly, the Budtenders The people the hire could not give less of a shit aboout anyones needs. used to ask questions before i realized i have to reasearch the deals and strains myself when i had this exact conversation for the 9th time me: hey do you have any deals on carts Budtender: not at the moment i recommend this jeeter for 30 dollars me: *takes out phone* i see here copper states are buy one get one gree Budtender: Oh my bad i didnt know.... isnt it their job to know ??????????????????????????????? at first i took their word for it until i started seeing the deals and sales on the website. Other places i go, every time i ask, they ALWAYS know the best deals. no just one or two. ALL the deals and which one is best for me. This place used to be cool and i would tell my friends to go here but NOT ANYMORE. This place needs some shaping up and to stop taking away deals and giving us shitty rewards programs. lastly, the system you have is so shitty you might as well get rid of them, no one is excited to recieve only 5 percent back, its more of an insult than a reward. "Congrats! you spent 1000 dollars only took you a full 10 months here you go! a whole crumb from the huge piece of bread you gave us, and you ONLY had to THROW AWAY a quarter of the carts you bought, dont thank us!" yeah trust me, i wont. and i wont be returning as well if youre considering shopping here BE WARNED
