This is my go-to place and last visit, they showed yet another reason why! Due to a perfect storm that was not the fault of anyone on the staff, the cue got screwed-up and the the guy who was being a butthead in line outside, continued said buttheadery inside, by taking advantage of the cue mishap and cutting two places in line. When I inappropriately mumbled under my mask that "this is effed-up", a young man stepped-up and me politely asked what the problem was. Once explained to him, he offered to expedite my order. Dude hit it out of the yard on Customer Service! As I mentioned in a previous review, the staff here is outstanding!

Looking good so far on the re-branding to Green. The Quality, Service, and Atmosphere were all excellent on my first and only visit, exceeding previous visits to Blum - where once, a Bud-tender jammed his hand down his pants and adjusted himself right in the middle of my transaction. But I digress. It was a fine 1st visit, but their menu isn't bringing me back any time soon. I'm a low volume customer these days and they do not sell flower in grams. Otherwise, they killed it.
