I was scolded by management on Friday April 4th 2025 at 1:40pm for not understanding the details of there 4/20 sale. They refused to correct the obvious mistake and chose to ostracize a customer instead.
Because I bought a battery along with the 3 pods on sale, my half off discount was only $5 instead of $11 because the discount was applied to the battery. Both managers told be it was too bad and basically kick dirt.
I've had much worse customer service issues over my lifetime but this small amount will be amongst the most memorable transgression. Mainly due to managements flippant attitude of "well, your bad"
