Dr.Dismukes is the absolute worst Psychiatrist that I have ever met or worked with to date and I am an RN, BSN with over 30 years of psych experience in and out of the field of Nursing. She is unprofessional as is her old or current receptionist is too. Read Google Reviews about the 2 of them. She only cares about $$$ and more $$$. She has her own psych issues which are irrelevant to whether you go to someone for care but she openly discusses HER problems and she should be 100% focused on helping the patients. She put me on Latuda, told me I was Bipolar when I later learned that I had incurred severe trauma thru a traumatic event but had been hospitalized due to psychosis and mania from being prescribed too high of a dosage of Prednisone for a severe rash from Poison Sumac. She never bothered to take the time to find out my history with anxiety, depression and Lyme Disease that induced severe anxiety and worse depression than I had ever had in my life. These psychiatrists may know a lot about Psych meds but when it comes to Jennifer Dismukes, she doesn't know her psych meds all that well and she doesnt care if you dont have much money for any med that she prescibes as was the case for me with Latuda. Latuda and antipsychotics like it are dangerous as are mood stabilizers. They all made me sicker and some gave me deadly rashes too like Trileptal and Lamictal. Be super careful with these Dispensary Doctors. She is 100% one scary woman who is paying for her kids' horses and their lessons and her high priced cars, rent, home, purses, and vacations. Oh yeah, she also drops off the face of the earth leaving her receptionist to run her psychiatric business and that lady thinks she is a doctor. Plus they both violate Hippa constantly. You have been warned and thoroughly educated FOR REAL FOR REAL!
