This location has terrible customer service. Customers are routinely “greeted” by a disgruntled employee. As a former regular, I watched this place go down the drain before my eyes. They have decent products and good merch, but I will NEVER go back here because of the way I was treated. I am a veteran and a medical card user and I have a ton of points saved up… nothing will get me back into their doors because one of their employees threatened to physically harm me. There are SO MANY good places in Rio Rancho that have great service and products. Amigos and Everest are so much better. Go there instead.
