I went to this Nirvana on 7th Street the other day with a friend of mine the other day. It was just and another customer in the line. The person I was with didn't have his ID so I did the order online. Normally when we do an online order, we will do it in the parking lot then go inside 5 minutes later. And thats what I did that day. My bud tender said I couldn't do that and that I have to give them 30 minutes, even though we do it all the time. Didn't think nothing of it. I had to go back outside for twice for money, which shouldn't have been a problem. Then my bud tender said that the lady standing on the side was his boss, and I'm like ok. She walks over, said what she had to say, talking about I was making them look bad cause I went in and out and that they couldn't serve me that day. That's fine. My thing is, don't start doing things different just because the big boss is there. I see people doing what I did multiple times when there was a lot of customers. And it wasn't a problem then. It's fine though. They just lost 2 loyal customers. So loyal that the employees know us by name. Nirvana just lost us to Cural leaf. Went there the same day and spent less money for the same thing we would have gotten from Nirvana. It was cool being y'all customer but not anymore. Thank you
